Built on reputation.
RR Renovations is a bilingual remodeling team serving homeowners, landlords and investors across Central Florida.
RR Renovations was founded by Christian Pestana, who has remodeled more than 100 homes, many of them his own investment properties. That shapes how we work: we think about cost, timing and resale on every job, and we know what it is like to be the client waiting on a contractor.
That is why our clients mention the same things in their reviews: answers within the hour, a crew that shows up when it says, photos as the work moves, and a fair price agreed in writing before we start.
Today we have crews in Orlando and Tampa covering 14 counties, from St. Petersburg to Daytona Beach and from Winter Haven to Ocala. Our phone is answered 24/7, and our team works in English and Spanish.

“We just completed our 7th flip house with Christian and his team and the process couldn’t go any smoother. No matter what time or day we reach out for updates or questions, we have a response within the hour.”
“Quick and helpful, asked questions along the way to make sure things were done to expectations, happy to hire again.”
“Christian and his team were excellent communicators and very efficient with the pressure washing project at our house. We had some tough oil stains. They worked hard, were on time, polite and sent pictures!”
“The job done on the stucco of my house was excellent. Cracks everywhere. It looked like a lost cause. The crew came in and fixed it all right up in no time. The crew was respectful of our home and took care of every detail.”
“RR was instrumental in preparing our house for sale. We leveraged several of the team to complete multiple projects.”
“The team worked very efficiently and stayed long hours each day to get the project done in as little time as possible. We had prior bad experiences where construction lasted months and months, so getting a bathroom reno done in under two weeks was a wonderful change!”
“Helped me clear out some crazy weird permits the city required after the hurricane. Very responsive and shows up when they say. Great experience!”
“I had a great experience with Chris and his team. Excellent quality work and quick response. I’m very pleased with the finished work. Highly recommend.”
“I reached out seeking help with a time-sensitive repair job. Christian was professional, communicated very well, and completed my job faster than I hoped, for a fair price.”
“I ran into the owner in my neighborhood and asked about two exterior light fixtures. By the next day Christian had arranged the installation, at a very reasonable price.”
