Can we live in the house during a whole-home renovation?
Often yes, if the work is phased so you always have a working kitchen or bathroom. For the biggest jobs it is faster to move out for a few weeks. We plan it with you up front.
How do you price a whole-home renovation?
We walk the house with you and put every room into one fixed written quote, with each finish listed, so you can see where the money goes and adjust before we start.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the house and the scope, typically six to fourteen weeks. Your quote includes a start date and a timeline.
What happens if plans change halfway through?
Any change is written down and priced before we do it. Nothing gets added to your bill without your sign-off.
