We remove the old flooring, level the slab where it needs it, and lay the new floor through every room you choose, with matching trim and transitions. Your quote lists the material, the square footage and the price.

Which flooring is best for a Florida home?
For most homes we recommend luxury vinyl plank or porcelain tile. Both handle humidity and spills well. We go through the options with you at the visit.
Do you remove the old floor?
Yes. Removal and disposal of the old flooring is included in your quote, along with leveling where the slab needs it.
Can you do stairs?
Yes. We replace treads and risers, and can update the railing at the same time so it all matches.
How long does flooring take?
A typical three-bedroom house takes three to six days, depending on the material and how much prep the slab needs.
